1. The online form is compulsory for participation.(भागीदारी के लिए ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरना अनिवार्य है। )

2. There would be Lunch for every participant, which would be free.(प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी के लिए दोपहर का भोजन निःशुल्क होगा।)

3. There would be accommodation for Kabaddi players on 18 October if they want to stay. (यदि कबड्डी खिलाड़ी 18 अक्टूबर को रुकना चाहें तो उनके लिए आवास की व्यवस्था होगी।)

4. All games will be recorded and uploaded to the Vaidiqkulam YouTube channel. Subscribe to this channel. (सभी खेलों की रिकॉर्डिंग की जाएगी और वैदिककुलम यूट्यूब चैनल पर अपलोड की जाएगी। इस चैनल को सब्सक्राइब करें।  

5. Any Changes can occur if needed, according to the situation. The organiser is free to make a decision. (आवश्यकतानुसार, परिस्थिति के अनुसार कोई भी बदलाव किया जा सकता है। आयोजक निर्णय लेने के लिए स्वतंत्र है। )
